Norma Macias

Norma Macias is an independent consultant, owner of Macias Consulting, who works in the Phoenix area. Her main business focus is the creation of a solid foundation for small businesses and non-profit organizations through developmentof internal processes and procedures to successfully advance the organization’s mission/vision. Norma’s business background is the product of over eight years of business development work with both the Greater Phoenix and Hispanic Chambers. Such experience provided her with and extensive network within the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She is also very active within the Phoenix community where she has volunteered her time with such organizations as Valle Del Sol, Hispanic Women’s Conference and Aguila Leadership Program, to name a few.
